We are lifting the requirements for masking. However, out of respect for patient comfort levels, any employee who receives a request to wear a mask by any patient, or patient family member will wear a mask.
We strongly encourage those not vaccinated against COVID-19 or not up to date with booster shots to continue to mask.
We realize that not all employees, patients, or patient family members are comfortable with the removal of masks. Masks can continue to be worn by those who wish to do so. We ask and encourage everyone to be supportive of those who choose to continue masking.
Should risks change with the pandemic, we will revisit the masking policy to properly accommodate needed safety measures.
Statement – If you are requesting medical records to be released please have a signed HIPAA authorized release form with the patient or legal guardian’s signature, the specific information requested, and the company name and address where the records are to be sent.
